My order did eventually get here, but yeah, it was later than I thought it would be. The tracking barely changed, so I was kind of left guessing what was going on. Not a huge disaster or anything, just a bit annoying. The product itself was fine once it arrived.

I don’t know. The site just gave me a weird feeling. Some of the info wasn’t very clear, and I couldn’t really tell who I was actually buying from. That kind of put me off. I went through it once, but i wouldn’t use it again...

I was ready to check out, but the total changed at the last minute and extra fees suddenly appeared. I get that fees happen, but it would’ve been nice to see them earlier instead of feeling surprised right at the end

I ordered from Pawfect House because I’d been looking for something cute for my pet, and I was already in one of those moods where I was scrolling online with coffee next to me and adding things to my cart. The order ended up having an issue, so I contacted customer service thinking it would be a simple fix.

The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they felt kind of generic, like someone was just pasting the same response without really reading what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing more than once, which got annoying fast, especially because I was checking my email between errands and work stuff.
In the end, nothing was really resolved. I was basically left waiting around with no clear solution, and the whole thing felt way more frustrating than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order from them again

Shipping took way longer than I expected, it’s getting tiring dealing with this same issue again. I had to wait way too long for my order to show up.

Checking out was quick and easy. I didn’t run into any weird popups or anything annoying, and my order confirmation came through right away. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Not gonna lie, the shirt looks really nice in person, but the fit wasn’t quite what I expected. I ordered my usual size and it ended up feeling a little tight, especially around the chest. The quality seems fine overall, I just wish the sizing chart had been more accurate

The print started fading after just a few washes, which is kind of ridiculous. I wasn’t expecting luxury or anything, but I did expect it to last longer than a cheap little afterthought. Disappointing

This is where it got annoying: the print came out kind of blurry, and the colors were way darker than expected, almost muddy. For the price, I expected a lot better. Disappointing, and I probably won’t order again.

I was trying to order a gift, and honestly??? the website made it way harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading sooo slowly, a few buttons just didn’t seem to work right, and I kept having to click back and forth just to double-check basic details!! Then checkout was kind of confusing too... At that point I just gave up. The products might be nice, sure, but the site itself was such a hassle!!! Definitely not a great experience for me

They had some really cute stuff, but the selection felt kinda limited to me. I was hoping for a few more options to choose from, so it was a little meh in that way.

The material feels really sturdy, which I like. It was just a bit stiff when I first got it, especially around the edges where you notice it when handling it, but it seems like the kind of thing that will soften up with a little use

I got this for my sister after her dog passed away, and when she opened it she started crying, so... yeah, it definitely meant a lot. The shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, and the print came out a bit lighter than I expected, but overall it was still really special. Just one of those gifts that hits you...

When I saw the box was a little crushed, I immediately thought, “Great, something’s probably broken.” But I did the quick check inside and everything was totally fine. So in my book, no harm done.
